Geat! Now first of all you can upload your website content over FTP using any FTP client like Filezilla.
You have to upload your content in public_html folder in Linux hosting.
If you have database support in your website then create database from hosting control panel cPanel.
Then upload and restore database backup that you have on local PC. Now you can see your website live!
